Swift windscreens removed the front and rear screens on my BMW while it was at the panel shop. It was a total disaster. Firstly they broke the original front screen pulling it out. Accidents do happen and there is always a risk in pulling out a windscreen that it may crack. Swift windscreens covered the cost of a replacement screen. Upon installing the front and rear windscreens they bent the lower chrome moulding and left it hanging out of its position. They lost two chrome moulding pieces for the rear windscreen. Too add to the disaster one the tabs on my rear demister is broken and the other tab was not re connected (no wonder my demister does not work). I received reports that the operator installed the screens in 40 minutes. Swift Windscreens showed a total lack of care, skill and arrogance thinking that it was acceptable to let a car out in the state that mine was. Swift Windscreens gave me a refund and covered the costs of the lost parts. I had the front windscreen re installed my a known operator and he described the job as one of the worst he has seen! Overall a disasterous experience that caused me nothing but hassle. Please use another company who value their customers.

No delay getting replacement windscreens done, only problem is they are sometimes hard to reach on the phone
